What is Rosematch ?

Rosematch is an international dating and matchmaking website that connects people from different places speaking different languages to find their perfect match and love. We offer friendly service combined with easy-using features, accurate search result, messaging, gifts etc. that will make your seeking for true love fun and enjoyable.

How much is the translation?

Translation cost is calculated with the length of the message, The cost is: 

Price: $1.0 US Dollars per 100 symbols;
One hieroglyphic character (such as Chinese, Japanese) equals 2 symbols;

How do I delete/unsubscribe my account?

You can click on the gear icon at the top-right corner of the page, and select "setting", on the page shows, go to " account cancellation " area, input your password and submit your request, if the password is right , your account will be deleted after.

How long does it take for a private message to be translated?

Usually, all the messages are translated within a few minutes to 3 hours depending on the length of the message, but the time extends in case there are very many messages.

How long is my message stored?

All the messages are stored for the recent 3 month, however, if you need your earlier data, you can write to our support, we will organize them and send it to you.

Why my message is not translated?

If you just click on "translate" and send your translation request, your message could be pending translation, it will return to your with the translation in a while; If you waited for a long time and when the message is returned and is not translated, you can report it our support.

What should I do if received a badly translated message?

In this case, you can click on the down-arrow button next to your reply button at the top of your message, on the dropdown list, select "report translation", our support will check the translation and have it fixed and return it to you.

What is gold? how do I get it?

Gold is the currency on our website, like money in our world 

Buy Gold (recharge): you can buy gold with your money, usually 1 Gold = $1 US dollars, as general member, you get 1 gold with 1.0 US dollars, and 0.95 US dollars for VIP members.

I recharged my account but it is not credited/added? What should I do?

In this case, first, you can check your PayPal account or credit card or Email to see if your payment is made successful, if it is, Please check if you made your payment with e-checks, Most members choose to use Instant payment meothod with PayPal since it is very fast and payment can be successful within 1 minute, while e-check usually takes 3-5 days to get to us, you will have to wait for 3-5 days. If none of the above situation suits you, please contact our customer service, we shall get in touch with your and fix the problem.

Why I can not add money to my account?

If you can not add money to your account, you should probably check this:

make sure that your credit card can make international payment;
make sure that you have not reach your amount limit on your credit, such as you have $100 on your creidt card, but your trying to make a $200 payment;
You are not in PayPal's blacklist;
If you have any error with your PayPal account;

If you are certain of the above things, and you still can not make your payment, please get in touch with our support, we shaal help you through the payment.

Do you accept other payment method such as PayPal?

Currently, we only support Paypal payment meothod, we will add more in the future, but if you can not make payments with PayPal, and you prefer another way, please let us know, we shall check to see if it is possible for us to receive, If there is no problem, we will do it.

I do not want to receive Emails from you any more, how do I do it?

If you do not want to receive Emails from our system any more, you can go to your setting page and change the notification option to "no";
